Return Policy:
Quality control is very important to us. We will do everything in our power to make sure that your order is filled correctly. If a mistake is made on your order that was caused by us then we will correct the mistake and redo your order. It must be determined within a thirty days after placing your order that a mistake was made. If your order was carried out as stated on the proof that you have approved then we cannot accept a return.
Cancellation Policy:
We will accept cancellations on undecorated items but we must charge a 25% restocking fee if your items have been ordered. If you cancel your order after your embroidery set-up has been completed and you were not charged individually for that set-up, an embroidery set-up charge will be deducted from your refund.
